Billing Information

Beginning April 2025 Ensign Software Support, Inc. will team up with ChargeOver to provide customers with updated online billing capabilities.

Customers will be able to manage their account using the online Customer Portal. You will be able to view and download invoices and statements. To access the Customer Portal hover over Contact Us and click on on Customer Portal. If it is your first time accessing the Portal click on the green "I'm new, let me in!" button. You will be asked to provide your e-mail address, use the e-mail address associated with your account. If you do not know your account e-mail or would like assistance accessing the Customer Portal please contact support at 801-328-1382.
